Schedule Your Lawn Care Service with Green Stride Lawn Care
From One Client to a Growing Student-Run Business
Two years ago Aiden Moore had an idea and a lot of uncertainty to go with it.
He was a student with a drive to work hard and a simple question he could not stop asking himself, could he actually build something real? His dad helped him find the answer by connecting him with a neighbour down the road who needed some yard work done. Aiden showed up, did the job right and never looked back. That same client is still with him today.
What started as taking on any work he could find has grown into something with real shape and real momentum. Greenstride Lawn Care now specialises in spring and fall yard cleanups, lawn mowing, mulch installs and hedge trimming across Spruce Grove, Stony Plain and Parkland County. And the way it is run is unlike most businesses you will come across. As Aiden puts it, "everything from the back end to the actual field work is all by students, for students."
That is not a marketing line. That is just how Aiden built it.
He is not chasing the big expensive contracts either. "We're not looking for the million-dollar super expensive contracts. We want fair pricing for the client and for us." That straightforward approach is exactly why his calendar keeps filling up and why the people he serves keep coming back.
With his licence now in hand and a few good friends working alongside him, Greenstride is ready for its biggest season yet.
Spring is coming fast and Aiden's crew is booking up. If your yard needs some attention this season, reach out and keep it local. 💚

🤔 BET YOU DID NOT KNOW
Edmonton sits on top of the largest stretch of urban parkland in North America.
The North Saskatchewan River Valley spans more than 7,400 hectares of connected green space right in the heart of the city. That is larger than any other urban park system on the continent, and it puts Central Park to shame by a very wide margin.
Next time someone says Edmonton is flat and boring, you have your answer ready.
Did you know this one? Drop a 🌿 in the comments if the river valley is already part of your regular routine.
